A Cardiff call centre worker walking 166 miles from his hometown to London to protest government cuts has started off on the right foot, attracting a few friends on the way.
Richard Evans, 46, from Llanishen, Cardiff, embarked on the trek at 9am last Saturday (March 20).
"People who I haven’t met before and who have found out about the walk through Twitter, Facebook and press coverage have come to join me too, which is brilliant," he said.
