Riding a bike is about as close to flying as us humans can get and never more so when hurtling down a mountain side - closer to the clouds and away from traffic.
The good news is South Wales is one of the top destinations in the UK for mountain biking. Our little part of the world is home to some of the best trail centres around and there is plenty to suit riders of all abilities, from novice to expert.
